Terms and cancellation

You book a service, a date and a time; the booking is confirmed automatically or after the salon accepts it, as the case may be, and you receive a confirmation e-mail.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are shown in the summary before you confirm.

No payment is requested online: you pay at the salon on the day of the appointment.

Only one promotion applies per appointment. A promo code you enter takes precedence over an automatic promotion. Loyalty points are earned when the appointment is completed; the terms of use are described on the Loyalty page.

Tell the salon about any allergy, sensitivity or health condition (eyes, skin) before the appointment. The salon may refuse or adapt a service for your safety.

If you are late or cannot come, please call us as soon as possible: we will do our best to accommodate you.

French is the reference language of these terms; the English version is provided for your convenience. They are governed by the laws applicable in Québec.
